The multi-phase Millikan High School HVAC project brings together structural upgrades, complex MEP routing, and new interior finishes within existing buildings. Phase one was a true race to the finish—delivering upgraded learning environments for students and faculty, along with a new library and administration offices—all on an active high school campus.
Through close coordination with faculty and the contractor, and a strong focus on schedule management, the buildings were completed on time and ready to welcome students back after winter break.
