This project consists of constructing a new CMU gymnasium facility featuring a complete roofing system, site concrete improvements, landscaping, gym flooring, and a full bleacher system. The building includes new locker rooms, staff support offices, and a modern window system. Work also involved a major electrical upgrade coordinated with SCE. Prior to foundation construction, deep soil–mixed columns were installed to stabilize subsurface conditions. The scope included full demolition and abatement of the existing gymnasium.
