ALLY is providing Construction Management services for the relocation of Beach Cities Health District’s Center for Health & Fitness (CHF) as part of the Healthy Living Campus initiative. Scheduled to open in 2027, the project will deliver a modern wellness facility designed to better serve BCHD members and the surrounding community. Working closely with BCHD, the design team, and key stakeholders, ALLY is leading project planning, budget oversight, schedule management, and coordination throughout the design and construction process. Community engagement and member feedback have helped shape a facility that reflects both current needs and future growth.
The new fitness center will feature upgraded exercise studios, a dedicated spin room, improved locker room facilities, enhanced circulation and wayfinding, modern finishes, and inviting community spaces. Through proactive leadership and strategic project management, ALLY is helping BCHD deliver a high-quality wellness destination that supports health, fitness, and community connection for years to come.
