ALLY provided Construction Management services for the renovation of Marina City Club, a waterfront residential community in Marina del Rey comprising more than 700 residential units and extensive recreational amenities.
The project included large-scale concrete restoration, replacement of deteriorated waterproofing systems, reconstruction of tennis courts, renovation of three existing swimming pools and pool decks, accessibility improvements, restroom renovations, landscape enhancements, and the addition of new recreational features including pickleball courts, basketball courts, barbecue areas, and a spa.
ALLY managed project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and phased construction within a fully occupied community. Services included oversight of environmental compliance, utility and access coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational planning to maintain resident access and recreational facility operations throughout construction.
