This comprehensive campus renovation includes new HVAC systems for five buildings, supported by new structural steel and extensive ductwork and new roofing. The project features a major electrical upgrade, including a new SCE electrical feed, transformers, and switchgear. Interior improvements consist of new flooring, drywall, paint, ceilings, and upgraded electronic teacher-support systems. Multiple elevators are being added throughout the campus, along with a new skybridge connecting two buildings. The auditorium is undergoing a full renovation with new seating, HVAC, and a newly framed soffit ceiling. All work is being completed to meet current ADA requirements.
